- From the very beginning, the aim of “Sedinin Bazar” has been  to provide support to young ambitious people with disabilities, in such a way as to provide them with the opportunity of education, employment, or self-employment through various support programs. For two years,  “Sedinin  Bazar” and its supporters have been providing selfless financial support to the Association for Education, Professional Training and Social Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities of  Tuzla Canton, "RE-SET", and from the moment of its establishment until now,  "RE-SET" with support of “Sedinin Bazar”, and partly the Fund for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, has 5 employed young ambitious persons with disabilities, who for the first time have the opportunity to be employed, to contribute to themselves, the community and be financially independent. Also, a company called "RESET INŽINJERING D.O.O. TUZLA'' was founded in order to provide as much support as possible to this population when it comes to employment, all with the goal of not being in a state of social need in the future.
